SMART INDUSTRIES INTRODUCES NEW CRANE: "BONUS SPIN"
Smart Industries has been creating interesting and innovative cranes for over 20 years, and they're not stopping anytime soon. Smart's latest offering, just in time for the ASI show, is the "Bonus Spin" crane. With this crane, the only one of its kind, customers get the chance to play the standard claw game on the left side of the playfield, and if they win a prize, a wheel on the front of the game starts spinning. If the customer can stop the wheel on a "winner" space, the crane dispenses one of the bonus prizes (higher-value items like cameras, video games, iPods, etc.) from the right side to them. This generates more revenues for operators, because their customers perceive this extra chance to win as an added value to most other cranes. Bonus Spin currently comes in a 41" cabinet with a dual prize detection system, two U.S. coin mechanisms and room to add a bill acceptor, and Smart's Exclusive 1 Year Limited Warranty.

UNITED DISTRIBUTING CREATES PARTNERSHIP WITH SMART INDUSTRIES
Smart Industries is pleased to announce its partnership with The United Distributing Company. UDC, located in London, will be the exclusive distributor in the U.K. for Smart's new "Roll 2 Win" game, as well as the 4-player and 8-player "Moving Castle" cranes.
Smart Industries has been well-known in the U.S. as the leading crane manufacturer, with over 20 years of experience. They have also created many other amusement games, from photo booths to self-merchandisers to vending/redemption machines and ticket centers. "In recent years, our games have become increasingly popular in Europe," said Jeff Smart, the company's president. "We are confident that UDC will be a tremendous help in expanding our presence in the U.K."
UDC's Michael Green added,"Smart Industries latest games, especially Roll 2 Win, are perfect for us. "Roll 2 Win" is a coin roll-down game where players try to line their coins up with lanes of different ticket values to win. The game features a flat-screen video monitor which plays music videos, animation, or advertising, and can be customized to an operator's needs. "Moving Castle" is a crane game where up to eight players move their claws forward and back to grab prizes from a moving playfield.

LOTS OF INDUSTRY BUZZ ABOUT "ROLL 2 WIN"
Smart Industries is taking coin roll-down games to a whole new level with "Roll 2 Win". Smart's attention to detail and innovation are on display here in eye-catching features like neon lights, an awesome sound system, and a flat-screen video monitor that can play music videos, messages about your location, and other videos and animations. You can even create your own media or commercials for the video monitor, or have Smart Industries help create them for you.
With Roll 2 Win, players aim their U.S. made coin mechanisms, insert a coin or token, and let it roll down a moving conveyor belt towards ticket values at the end of the playfield (ticket values are operator-adjustable). From July 1st through August 31st, 2006, when you order six or more Smart Prize Time Cranes, you can get custom designed artwork FREE! Smart Industries will work with you to design artwork the way you want for the front marquee piece on the cranes, a service which normally costs $200 or more! Put your company name, location name, logos, or any other type of design you want on your Prize Time cranes.
This offer applies to orders of PT 30", 34", 42", 60" Single, 60" Double, Prize Time Laser Cranes, and Double Up Cranes (48" or 60"). At least 6 of these cranes must be ordered on a single purchase order, although they may be a mix of the sizes/styles listed above. Smart Industries' art department will work with you to create a custom design, and that one design will be used on all cranes in the order.

UPDATES MAKE TOY CHEST CRANES EVEN BETTER!
You asked for it, and we've delivered! Operators have been asking Smart Industries for additional improvements to set Toy Chest cranes above the rest. We've answered by re-designing the consoles in our 31" and 45" Toy Chest cranes to include a standard Double Coin Mechanism and room for an optional Dollar Bill Acceptor. We've also re-designed the console tops to make routine servicing of these machines even easier! Just flip the clasps inside the console, and the console top swings open for easy access.
In addition, we have a new version of our 45" Toy Chest crane, designed for large prizes, which fits through standard doorways! Operators have been asking for this inexpensive crane that will handle larger prizes, yet still fits through a standard doorway. Now you can get a purple 45" Toy Chest, which still has a 45" width and large playfield, but with a 33" depth (the same as our 31" Toy Chest) so you can easily fit it into more locations. THE SMART PRIZE CENTER: NOW WITH DATABASE AND A NEW LOOK!
Last year, Smart Industries introduced the Prize Center, which takes tickets, counts and shreds them, and vends prizes and ticket change. Now the Prize Center has a new option for locations that want an easy prize redemption solution. The latest version of the Prize Center can still do all this, but also comes equipped with a database system, which prints numbered receipts for ticket credit and remembers how many tickets each code is worth and whether or not they have been used. This means kids can print receipts for their ticket credits, save these receipts, then return later and enter in the codes from many receipts to claim bigger prizes! This encourages a lot of repeat business!
As with the original Prize Center, you can choose Bulk Dispensing Cabinets or Coil Dispensing Cabinets, and you can mix and match either type up to 4 cabinets per Master Unit. This allows you to vend a variety of sizes and types of prizes. The standard Prize Center setup, with 1 Bulk Cabinet and 1 Coil Cabinet, can hold up to 1400 prizes! The Prize Center also works with selected Card Reader Systems.
No matter what style of Prize Center you choose, Smart is now including a brand new decal package and mirrors (on the inside of the Coil Dispensing Cabinets) for no extra charge, to make the overall look more exciting. It is with deep regret that Smart Industries announces the retirement of Michael Smith, Vice President of Sales. His retirement, which will be effective March 31, 2006, is due to health reasons.
Mike joined Smart Industries in 1992. His tenure with Smart Industries has encompassed an historical look at electronic amusement games. From promoting Big Bertha, Smart Ball and Buddy Bear to Ticket and Redemption Centers and Smart Cranes up through the present demand for Smart Industries Moving Castles and Giant Cranes.

SMART INDUSTRIES BECOMES EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTOR FOR FEILOLI ELECTRONIC CO.
Jeff Smart, President of Smart Industries, announced that as of October 3rd, 2005, Smart Industries will be the exclusive representative for the Feiloli line of coin-operated machines in the United States. Jeff said,"We have signed a multi-year contract with Feiloli to represent their products in the U.S. market. We are proud of the games we've worked on with them, and we're very excited about new products we'll be bringing to the U.S. in the near future." Smart Industries will also provide parts and warranties for these Feiloli products "and the top-notch technical support our customers have come to expect from us," Jeff added.
Smart Industries started in Des Moines, Iowa and has been manufacturing cranes, photo booths, and redemption games since 1985. Smart has built a reputation for themselves as a leader in the industry, especially in the Crane market. Feiloli was founded in 1986 and they too have built a great reputation for themselves. They are now a leading manufacturer of cranes in Taiwan.
